Chantal Mariotti has been a proud resident of the Rancho Burbank community since 1983. After an accomplished 18-year career as a human resources professional in the hospitality industry, she founded Executive HR Consulting Group in 2003, providing expert HR solutions to clients across diverse industries—a business that continues to thrive today.

Alongside her professional achievements, Chantal has always nurtured a deep passion for animals and art. For over two decades, she has explored drawing and painting, and in recent years, her artistic journey has taken on new depth through formal classes and workshops with artist Mina Ho Ferrante, a neighbor and friend.

Chantal’s work is expressive, reflecting her admiration for the great artists of the past. Her love for animals—especially dogs and horses—shines through in her detailed pencil drawings, where she captures the essence and personality of each subject with striking realism. Her art celebrates life, emotion, and the unique bond between humans and animals.

“Animals hold a special place in my heart, and they are often the focus of my work. Through detailed pencil drawings and expressive paintings, I aim to reveal their true essence—their spirit, personality, and the quiet stories they carry. Each stroke is intentional, blending realism with sensitivity to honor the unique bond between humans and animals. I paint to listen to the quiet whispers of color, to the silent stories in a horse’s gaze, to the laughter hidden in a dog’s eyes. Art, for me, is a conversation— between soul and canvas, between memory and imagination. Each line, each shade, is a heartbeat of something alive”.
